Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Found Revenue("we," "us," the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send or receive unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Harass, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits or other abuse-prevention measures.

Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Fees & Payouts

There is no monthly subscription fee. When our AI recovery agent successfully recovers an abandoned checkout or failed payment, we charge a success fee of 9% of the recovered amount; the remaining balance is paid out to you via Stripe Connect. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing. Referral commissions under our affiliate program are paid out on the same basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Merchant Responsibilities

If you connect a store to the Service, you confirm you have the right to share your customers' contact and order information with us for the purpose of attempting payment recovery on your behalf, and that your own use of the Service complies with applicable law, including with respect to how you notify your customers about recovery communications sent using their data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including deleting an account, if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service or other users.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
